He is on staff at Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, Lee
Memorial Hospital, Health Park, and Gulf Coast Hospital.
A graduate of The State of New York's Medical School in Syracuse, Dr.
Mazza performed his general surgery and plastic surgery residency at
Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
He studied under Miami's renowned Dr. Ralph Millard whose patients
include film stars and others in the public eye.
Dr. Mazza also completed a special plastic surgery fellowship in
Nottingham, England.
He is a consultant to Children's Medical Services for craniofacial
anomalies and is active with the Florida Cleft Palate Association.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AND SPECIAL INTERESTS
Dr. Mazza is on the Board of Directors of the non-profit group Faces of
Hope.
Faces
of Hope is a non profit organization that provides much needed surgery
to children in medically under served countries.
The
Faces of Hope focus is to provide the services while at the same time
increasing the standard of care by providing continuing education to the
host country healthcare providers.
He is also a member of many
professional organizations including:
